Delivery Info

Starched is all about giving you exactly what you want.  This customization means that we usually have to make up your order before delivery, but you may be lucky enough that we have the dress in stock, at the time of your order.  As soon as your order comes to us hot off the press, we knuckle down and get sewing. So please be patient while we make your awesome product. 

We will constantly be changing our products and trims, so the prints you see modeled in the pictures, may not always be available. But don't despair, we believe in keeping things fresh and exciting and will always have something beautiful for you.

Please check our sizing guidelines, before selecting your size. Should we not be able to provide the dress in your selected colour, we will let you know what is available and make an alternate plan for you. We hope we can allows deliver something that will make your housekeeper feel proud of how they look.

We have a collection point in Greenside, Johannesburg. If you would prefer to have your parcel delivered directly to you, courier facilities are available at an additional fee of R80. Parcels can be couriered both locally and nationally to all major centres. Outlying areas, unfortunately incur an additional R30 surcharge, above the R80, making the total delivery charge R110.

It should take up to 14 working days to customise your order and have it delivered to your doorstep. We will always try to get orders out sooner than this, if possibe. It all depends on how many orders we are having to get ready, at the same time.
